The seminar’s topics include:
- Introduction to food groups;
- How much is one serving and what are the benefits (per group);
- Hydration – what and how;
- When should intake be increased and how to approach it;
- Sugars – the good and the bad;

Areen was always taught the importance of health by her family, and the means of maintaining good health in order to move forward in life successfully. She has always found this incredibly interesting, and as she moved deeper into the world of nutrition, she grew to understand that this was a mentality and way of life that everyone needed to adopt.
Health has taken an incredible turn for the worst throughout the years as lifestyle diseases, bad foods and bad lifestyle habits have gone through the roof in prevalence levels. Having achieved her Masters in Nutrition, as well as gathering knowledge and resources as a Programmes Marketing Executive in Daman and Public Health Ambassador (HAAD), Areen hopes to be one of many who will help in bringing about a great change to the country’s health and wellbeing through healthy living.
