The Fatima Bint Mubarak Ladies Sports Academy announces the opening of registration for the first event of its kind “Full Moon Yoga” organized by the Fatima Bint Mubarak Ladies Sports Academy” in cooperation with yoga specialists. The event aims to enhance the importance of the role that yoga plays in promoting health and preventing disease, such as: the heart and blood vessels, for its role in burning excess fat in the body, as well as promoting blood circulation.
