Description
Fatima bint Mubarak Ladies Sports Academy in collaborations with Abu Dhabi Sports Council organizing a workshop under the title of “Health and Sport Workshop for kids”.
Presented by Dr. Osama Kamel Al Lala - Sports Awareness Specialist at Abu Dhabi Sports Council.
About the workshop:
Educate children and encourage them to exercise and follow a healthy lifestyle and educate parents about the importance of sport for the health of their children, and how to make it an essential element in the daily life of the child, to maintain their health and highlight the benefits of building a healthy body for the children. Also, to focus on how to adopt a healthy lifestyle with the aim of protecting children from lack of movement, lethargy and physical diseases.
The workshop includes the following:
1- exciting competitions
2- Various sports activities
3- prizes
Note: the dress code is sports clothes.
