Discover Your Inner Beauty:
In commemoration of International Yoga Day, Fatima Bint Mubarak Ladies Sports Academy is organizing a workshop entitled: Discover Your Inner Beauty, presented by, Ms. Aisha Al Naqbi, a certified life coach and personal strengths trainer.
The workshop discusses key topics regarding:
- Women's mental health.
- Methods and approaches for women to care for and prioritize themselves.
- Techniques for breathing exercises and meditation.
The workshop program also includes a dinner break and the distribution of certificates to all participants.
