Sports Injury prevention Workshop:
Do you want to enhance your athletic performance and prevent injuries? Join us for an interactive workshop on "Sports Injury Prevention," where you'll gain essential tools and knowledge to protect yourself while exercising.
Fatima Bint Mubarak Ladies Sports Academy, in collaboration with the Ministry of Interior, is organizing a workshop entitled: Preventing Sports Injuries, presented by Major: Asmaa Mohammed Al Mazmi.
Workshop Content:
- The concept of sports injuries
- Main types of sports injuries
- General symptoms of injuries and their complications
- First aid for sports injuries
- Medical tips to reduce sports injuries.
