Program Overview:

Fatima Bint Mubarak Ladies Sports Academy, in collaboration with the UAE Olympic Academy, presents the Women's Development and Empowerment in Sports Diploma Program.

This specialized professional program is the first of its kind, designed to keep pace with the rapid developments in the sports sector and to prepare and qualify female professionals capable of creating impact and achieving excellence across various sports fields. The program aims to enhance participants’ skills and strengthen their professional and leadership capabilities in line with international best practices and standards in the sports industry.

The diploma is built around several key pillars, including Leadership and Governance, Empowerment and Sustainability, Sports Media, and Sports Laws and Regulations. It offers a comprehensive training curriculum that combines both theoretical knowledge and practical application.

The program is delivered under the supervision of a distinguished group of experts and specialists in the sports sector, ensuring a professional learning experience that contributes to developing a new generation of influential female leaders who can support and advance the growth of sports at both the local and international levels.

Training Modules and Schedule:

Duration of Each Training Module

  • Duration of each module: One month.
  • Attendance requirement: Participants must attend all training modules to be eligible for the diploma certificate.

 

Program Duration and Study Schedule:

  • Program Period: From 1 September 2026 to 31 January 2027
  • Days: Tuesday and Thursday of each week
  • Time: From 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Training Hours: 6 hours per day
  • Venue: Abu Dhabi – Fatima Bint Mubarak Ladies Sports Academy
  • Program Language: Arabic Language

Admission Requirements:

  • The program is exclusively designed for women.
  • Registration is open to UAE nationals only.
  • Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Minimum age: 21 years and above.
  • Applicants are required to successfully pass a personal interview conducted by the designated Accreditation Committee. Interviews will be held between 15 July and 25 July 2026.
  • Participants are required to maintain regular attendance and successfully complete all training modules and program requirements.
Certification and Assessment:
  • Upon successful completion of the program and the approved assessments, participants will be awarded a certificate jointly accredited by the UAE Olympic Academy and the Fatima Bint Mubarak Ladies Sports Academy.
  • Grading System: From A+ to C+

Registration Process

  • After completing the registration form, applicants will be contacted to schedule their personal interview.
  • A declaration and commitment form regarding attendance and compliance with program requirements will be sent to participants.
  • Upon request, an official release letter for participants will be provided to their employers.
  • Registration is open from 1 June 2026 until 10 July 2026. As seats are extremely limited, early registration is highly encouraged.
