Fatima Bint Mubarak Ladies Sports Academy is organizing a workshop entitled “Equestrianism: Passion, Skill, and a lifestyle.”
Driven by the Academy's tireless efforts to empower women across various sporting fields, we invite you to participate in this workshop, presented by the coach and lecturer Ms. Raweya Salem Naseeb.
This workshop is designed to take you on a journey to discover the secrets of equestrianism and gain essential horse communication skills, granting you confidence, strength, and a deep connection to heritage and sports alike.
Workshop Topics:
- An introduction to the concept of equestrianism and its importance as both a sport and a lifestyle.
- Fundamentals of safe communication and reading a horse's signals.
- General safety rules and protocols when handling horses.
- Basic principles of correct riding for beginners.
- Highlighting the role of equestrianism in boosting confidence and women's empowerment.
- The workshop concludes with an interactive Q&A session to address participants' inquiries and clarify key concepts.
