Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates:
Fatima Bint Mubarak Ladies Sports Academy announces the launch of its summer camp activities for discovering emerging talents at its newly opened headquarters. The camp will run from July 8th to July 25th and will welcome children of various ages, especially girls aged 3 to 12 and boys aged 3 to 10. The camp offers them the opportunity to enjoy a wide range of sports and daily activities, including basketball, volleyball, martial arts, and self-defense sports such as karate, cooking arts, and many other activities and sports. Participants will also have the chance to join specialized activities and workshops led by elite specialized trainers.
Speaking about the summer camp, Mr. Abdullah Al Tamimi, a representative of Fatima Bint Mubarak Ladies Sports Academy, said, "We have prepared programs to improve teamwork skills in a fun and safe competitive environment. We have made the camp a social center with a family atmosphere, giving girls the opportunity to unleash their talents and hobbies in a safe environment, develop friendships, and enhance skills. This has been the goal of the camp from the beginning, in addition to developing and refining these talents."
He added, "We launched this year's edition of the summer camp under the directives of Sheikha Fatima bint Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Fatima Bint Mubarak Ladies Sports Academy, Chairwoman of Abu Dhabi Ladies Club and Al Ain Ladies Club. She has significantly contributed to achieving our mission of creating a new generation of women practicing various sports by providing all means and capabilities socially, health-wise, and physically to elevate women's roles as active elements in a vibrant, sports-encouraging society from a young age. We wish the participants a wonderful time during the camp."
The academy aims to focus on the younger age groups and accommodate hundreds of girls in the summer camp, subjecting them to training stages to refine and develop their skills and guide them on the right path. Young girls need artistic and moral training programs to bring out the best in them.
Additionally, the academy seeks to create a sports generation with healthy physical builds by following a unified educational and training approach, providing the necessary facilities, means, and suitable environment to practice hobbies that shed light on their talents, and continuously encouraging them to improve their performance.
It is noteworthy that the facilities at the Fatima Bint Mubarak Ladies Sports Academy headquarters include air-conditioned indoor sports halls equipped with the best and latest equipment, as well as a theater, educational halls, and artistic and scientific exhibitions.
