Seminar under the name of "Health and Sports”

Fatima Bint Mubarak Ladies Sports Academy, in collaboration with the Abu Dhabi Public Health Centre, organized a Seminar under the name of "Health and Sports”

 

The Fatima Bint Mubarak Ladies Sports Academy, in collaboration with the Abu Dhabi Public Health Centre, held a lecture titled "Health and Sports" at the Abu Dhabi Ladies Club. The lecture was presented by Dr. Ayesha Al Dhaheri, Section Head, Health Promotion Section at the Abu Dhabi Public Health Centre and was attended by a large number of academy players and their parents.

The lecture aimed to promote sports awareness, introduce health teachings, and encourage a sports culture among the attendees. It focused on enhancing the understanding the impact of physical and sports activities and their social and health benefits towards female athletes and players of sports teams in the community.

Fatima Bint Mubarak Ladies Sports Academy emphasized that the collaboration with the Abu Dhabi Public Health Centre is a significant step towards promoting health and sports culture in the community, especially in line with Abu Dhabi's vision as a global sports capital.

The academy continuously aims to organize and host various events, activities, seminars, and workshops that contribute to building a healthy and active lifestyle, embracing the values of sportsmanship in the United Arab Emirates. This is in the best interest of athletes and members of the community.
